Ich, maddin nehme an lollipop`s Winterspecial 2014 teil und verifiziere mich somit zur Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel.

Ich hab davon zwar wenig Ahnung, aber ich würde mal darauf tippen das du dir ein extra Plugin schreiben musst für deinen SA-MP Server um dann zwischen AC Client und dem Server (via Plugin) zu kommunizieren.
Oder du nutzt Sockets und das bereits existierende Sockets Plugin für SA-MP.

Das ist bei jedem Menschen unterschiedlich. Ich persönlich nehme mir immer ein Projekt vor, und versuche das dann in der Sprache umzusetzen. Kannst aber auch strikt nach Tutorials gehen, eben wie es dir besser passt.

Wie SLaYz schon sagte findest du auf MSDN zeug für C#. Wenn du in Bücher investieren willst finde ich Galileo Computing eigentlich auch recht gut.

@Ares: Wenn du das audio Element nimmst kannst du den Parameter volume nutzen. Der Geht von 0.0 (Ton aus) bis 1.0 (Volle Lautstärke).
Aber Musik auf Webseiten, vor allem wenn sie automatisch startet und ich als Besucher nicht die Möglichkeit habe diese auszuschalten, ist einfach nur nervig.
