Run Time Error: 19 File or Function not Found

Morgen,

ich habe vor ca. einer Woche meine neue SSD aufgespielt und wollte nun heute mein Server starten und etwas austesten, jedoch kommt immer mein Error: 19.
Ich habe alle Includes geupdatet und aufs neue probiert, habe auch Framenetwork 4.5 runtergeladen, jedoch kommt immer noch ein Error wegen meines Mysql-Plugins.

Das ist das aktuelle Plugin, aber funktioniert leider nicht. An was könnte es noch liegen?

@Slash™:Beim R7, kriege ich dann sehr viele Errors beim Script.

Jetzte lädt er das Plugin, aber trotzdem die Errors.

Kriege die Errors mit dem Plugin.

Auch schon probiert. = /

Es kann doch einfach nicht wahr sein, da macht man sein Windows 7 neu und aufeinmal geht es nicht mehr, langsam regt es mich einfach auf.
Ich habe die MySQL - Plugins / .dll Datein Up-to-date, und trotzdem funktioniert es nicht.
