suche mal in dem cmd ob da irgendwo noch News[128] oder so steht

Das wäre bei dcmd, bei OnPlayerCommandText definiert man ihn für dcmd.
ocmd muss man nich definieren.

Der Befehl würde schon funktionieren aber du musst beachten:
