Hallo forum kann man was scripten das man /licht macht und das licht angeht und wieder mit /licht ausdas SuFu hat nicht geholfen

Habe gerade im STRG+alt+entf und habe dan im taskmanager ,
dan habe ich auversehen exploerer gelöscht un sehe ich keine leiste unten mehr gibt eine andere möglichkeit anstatt neustarten bin gerade am was saugen ??? -
